MS&Co is a residential service crew based in Richmond, VA. We come to you. From a single mattress in the driveway to a full property cleanout, we handle the heavy work so you do not have to. We are a new business, and we built it around one idea. Show up, work hard, and leave the space better than we found it.

Our work covers more ground than most people expect. We handle junk removal for household clutter, furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, and construction debris removal. We also clear yard waste, including tree branches, brush, and leaves. We take on property cleanouts for garages, attics, basements, estates, and storage units. We also handle foreclosure cleanouts, eviction cleanouts, and property management cleanups. When you need muscle instead of a truck, our labor-only moving crew rearranges appliances and furniture inside your home and loads or unloads what you already have. We also take on handyman work, including TV mounting, furniture assembly and disassembly, cabinet installation, fence repair, and carpentry.

We price by the project, so you know the number before we start. Estimates are free, and we do not pad the quote with surprises. We offer same-day and next-day service, and we keep room in the schedule for emergencies. Storm debris, yard waste removal, an old hot tub, a shed, a playset, or a swing set that needs to come down- we have handled it.
